I highly recommend the book, "Elmer and the Dragon".The story has great suspense for a 4 yo but I feel that women are portrayed poorly. I was surprised and found it made it easier for my first-grade students refer back the content from the first book and engaged with the continuation of the adventure!This second book continues directly from the last page of the first book!
