I try to talk to them, but they don't have the diologue option. If you would like to join the Companions, choose the appropriate option. For some reason, after completing this initiating quest (Proving Honor), the quest shows complete – but the subsequent objective (Talk to Companion leaders about work) never does anything so I’m not sure which quest is bugged.
