THAT's an amazing luxury and one that I appreciate tremendously!My mother purchased the CUTEST kids chairs for my two tots on Pottery Barn Kids. She told me that she cannot release the vendor’s name. I am told I can also not get my money back.
The purchase order is nothing to do with me, the customer. I asked Aisha for the 3rd party vendor's information. I am not allowed to cancel the item. They are these cute little chairs that are just perfect for kids ages 1 … He assured me that was true. Square arm silhouettes are available with or without nailheads. Comfort meets quality.

Original review: Oct. 6, 2019. We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Large Parcel, Small Furniture & Large Rugs, White Glove Delivery) determined by the products in your order. We don’t mind spending this much on a sofa, if it’s a good investment. I explained that I have been waiting for nearly 4 months for my order. I asked to be refunded as this was not a special order and I have already paid for the item. They'll try to find the item in another store and have even offered to have it shipped to the store I'm shopping in! The tracker still simply says that the item was ordered; there's been no movement at all since May. Comment . The website was very easy to use.Always a great experience, even if browsing for ideas of DIY in great home décor. So basically, Pottery Barn, a multimillion-dollar company has accepted my funds, provided no product and refuses to refund the money. Multiple emails later promising the delivery is delayed.
I had a short argument that I could not see anything in the tracking number that showed that.
Explain to me, why the customer has to wait for a refund until the manufacturer approves the cancellation of the Pottery Barn purchase order? I also was able to find a large French memory board (part of a wall system) that I couldn't find elsewhere. At this point, I have no trust in the dates given since they seem to be completely arbitrary. According to their website, they have good specs on the construction: "kiln dried wood frame, hand tied coil springs".
Merchandise is clean, which, to me, is extremely important.

When I've asked about particular items, if the sales person isn't familiar with it, they've always been quick to apologize for any wait I might have and they're quick to find somebody who can fill me in on details. They are being reported to my credit company as well as any consumer protection agency until this matter is resolved.

Pottery Barn carries very nice items. I've shopped in several locations and the stores are always incredibly neat, comfortable, the merchandise is presented in easy-access so, seldom is it necessary to call for assistance.
A product’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. I was expecting to receive the order sometime in June.On July 3rd (around 2am) I received an automated e-mail that my order was back-ordered until Late-July.
I told him that I had waited 2 1/2 months for this order and I no longer want it. Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination and are charged per order. If orders ship separately, they may ship according to the ship mode specifically for the item being delivered and not the highest delivery mode for the order.Please provide a street address for delivery - we cannot ship to PO Boxes.NOTE: Delivery is not available to all postal codes. Please don't make my mistake and take your business somewhere else.Placed order 6/20/20 for a bathroom vanity, received three emails indicating a backorder and a delay in shipment. No idea if this is true 8 way hand tied or not... which is my primary reservation. The sales people always appear to be happy about their work, and are knowledgeable about just about every item in the store. I have always enjoyed shopping with Pottery Barn! It is August 10, 2020. They have held up very well in the washer and dryer.

I am a PB cardholder, I've purchased a fully decorated nursery for twins (11 years ago), custom ordered bedroom sets, childrens' bedrooms sets and furniture, and I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by my most recent purchase.
